  • Providing service and serving in restaurant and cafe;
  • Carrying procurement and supply monitoring;
  • Developing a business plan for a catering facility;
  • Developing a financial plan for a catering facility;
  • Control a facility working monitoring;
  • Organize the working process;
  • Organize celebrations, presentations, business meetings, conferences;
  • Ensure implementation of sanitary-hygiene norms;
  • Provide issue management.

Employment opportunities:

A graduate of the middle vocational qualification in catering service has an opportunity to be employed in the restaurants, cafes and fast food facilities in the following positions: waiter, personnel of the catering service facilities. A graduate may start its own business for self-employment.
