The programme purpose is to prepare the restaurant service specialists for the local and international labour market as well.
Programme duration: – 24 months
Programme eligibility criteria: full secondary education

- Providing service and serving in restaurant and cafe;
- Carrying procurement and supply monitoring;
- Developing a business plan for a catering facility;
- Developing a financial plan for a catering facility;
- Control a facility working monitoring;
- Organize the working process;
- Organize celebrations, presentations, business meetings, conferences;
- Ensure implementation of sanitary-hygiene norms;
- Provide issue management.
Employment opportunities:
A graduate of the middle vocational qualification in catering service has an opportunity to be employed in the restaurants, cafes and fast food facilities in the following positions: waiter, personnel of the catering service facilities. A graduate may start its own business for self-employment.
