Dual / Modular (integrated) / Modular (non-integrated)

The programme purpose:

The programme purpose is to prepared the specialists in hotel service for local and international labour market as well.

Programme duration:  Dual – 2 years / Modular (integrated) – 3 years / Modular (non-integrated) – 16 months

Programme eligibility criteria: for the dual programme – full secondary education / on the integrated programme – basic education.

Expected results:

• Carrying out booking and checking in procedures;
• Ensuring cleaning service;
• Performing internal, simple marketing activities in a hotel;
• Ensuring implementation of the hotel security rules;
• Providing issue management in a hotel;
• Monitoring of shift changes;
• Ensuring provision of main and additional services of the hotel.

Employment opportunities:

An owner of the middle vocational education qualification in hotel service has an opportunity to be employed in the hotels and other lodging organizations (with or without restaurants) in the following positions: hotel receptionists, cleaning supervisors in the offices, hotels and other establishments.
