Expected results:
After the programme completion, a graduate is able to:
- Make casting box and reinforcement (bar mat, space and flat frames)
- Lay concrete in ready casting box
- Take concrete samples
- Maintain concrete
- Carry out installation works of plastic, reinforced concrete and metal structures
- Carry out installation works of wood structures (bearing and non-bearing walls, ladders, casting box)
- Perform hydro isolation works on bearing and non-bearing structures
- Implement consistent dismantling works of structures according to the safety standards.
Employment opportunities:
A person with a basic vocational qualification in developing construction structures has an opportunity to be employed on a construction of urban and industrial buildings on open spaces and heights. A graduate may be self-employed or be employed in different types of construction-repairs and designing companies, public or private producing establishments, where work is related to construction (monolith, precast), or reconstruction-strengthening of buildings. S/he has to work in different climate conditions. Perspective positions are: Developer of monolith structures (foundation, load distribution structure, walls, column, covering tile, etc.); Installer of precast structures (foundation, column, tile, crossbar, beam, etc.); head of working force; head of brigade.
